Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had Michael and the team complete a large basement project recently and am very happy with the results and cost. Michael was quick to respond to the initial inquiry and took time to help design and improve on any ideas we had for finishing this project. From concept to completion this was an enjoyable experience working with the Brikon team. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and professional. Job site was left clean every day and our feedback and opinion was encouraged at every step. Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use again - actually would be my first call. Thanks again Brikon for a beautiful basement.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Brikon renovated our very outdated kitchen. I hated my dark kitchen with a cabinet door falling off.

They listened to what we were looking for and the budget we had. We are proud of our new kitchen and it has been great to use. The kitchen feels bigger and brighter. It's amazing the storage we have inc our pantry which doubled in size.

Our compliments to Ali, skilled, knowledgeable and very friendly. We have now used Brikon Contracting for 3 projects, 2 large projects and our most recent smaller project of handrail installation. Owner Mike from Brikon is very quick to respond to any requests and their prices are very fair.

HAVE QUESTIONS?

Edmonton Renovation FAQs

How much does a luxury home renovation cost in Edmonton?

Luxury renovation costs vary based on scope, finishes, and structural work involved, so we don’t quote a flat rate online. Most clients start with a free in-home consultation, where we assess the space and provide a detailed, itemized proposal — with financing options up to $100,000 available if needed.

What can be included in a luxury basement renovation?

A luxury basement renovation from Brikon can include a home theatre or media lounge, a wet bar or wine cellar, an in-law or income suite finished to a high-end standard, and a home gym with sauna or spa-style bathroom — all fully permitted and built to code.

Do I need a permit for a luxury basement or whole-home renovation in Edmonton?

Yes. Any structural change, new suite, or significant electrical/plumbing work in Edmonton requires a permit. Brikon Contracting is 100% permit-compliant on every project — we pull all required permits, coordinate inspections, and handle engineering for structural changes like load-bearing wall removal, so your renovation passes appraisal and inspection without issues.

How long does a luxury whole-home renovation take?

Most whole-home and large basement renovation projects with Brikon Contracting take 2 to 6 months from permits to final walkthrough, depending on the scope of work, custom finishes, and structural changes involved.

Is financing available for luxury renovations?

Yes. We offer financing options up to $100,000 for renovation projects of any scope, with pre-qualification that does not impact your credit score.

What areas does Brikon Contracting serve?

Brikon Contracting serves Edmonton and the surrounding area, including St. Albert, Leduc, and nearby communities.
